DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please ensure that you give us the correct address of the recipient. For delivery to a business, hospital or school you must provide all appropriate information such as full name, school name, hospital name, correct level and ward number. This will help executing your delivery successfully.

Dural Flower Farm takes no responsibility if an incorrect delivery address has been given. If we have to retrieve the flowers from the incorrect address and re deliver we will have to charge an extra delivery fee.

If the recipient is not at home at time of delivery Dural Flower Farm will leave the flowers in a safe location. If we are unable to leave the flowers somewhere safe we will phone the customer to arrange a new delivery and an additional fee will apply.

TIME COMMITMENTS

Dural Flower Farm cannot guarantee  a specific time delivery. We will make every attempt to fulfill your request but unfortunately cannot guarantee it.

Same Day Delivery

Same day delivery Monday to Friday.

Orders must be received by 12pm. Orders received after that time will be delivered to following day.

Flower deliveries usually occur between 11am and 5pm.

Same Day Delivery Saturday

Orders must be received by 10am. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following business day. Flower deliveries usually occur between 10am and 2pm.

Delivery on Sunday and public holidays

As a general rule we do not deliver on Sunday's or public holidays. (This does not apply to busy floral events like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day).
